Luau seating plan at the polynesian

Last time we tried this we paid for the best tickets and got stuck behind a post which cut off a lot of our view

Is there a seating chart somewhere for this show and does anyone know if its possible to request certain seats?

basically there are three tiers

The category 1 seating is in the lower center level, closest to the stage.
The category 2 seating is on the sides of the lower level OR the upper level seating that is directly behind the category 1 section
The category 3 seating is on the extreme sides of of the lower level, or the majority of upper level seating.

We've had tier/category 1 and still had people and posts in the way of our view to the stage :/

I think we've got this booked on the dining plan and its only tier 3 will we be able to see anything or should we cancel ? :unsure:
