Anyone having issues signing in to the Disney website? All of a sudden I can't get in an see my reservation or itinerary. When I fill out the form to get my password, I get a message that the info does not match their records.
FRUSTRATING!!!!!!:thumbsdown::image103::banghead:
Now that I got that out of system, we'll hope their website is tired and will try again tomorrow.

It was doing that the other day as well.
Disney seems to updating a bunch of things currently and it's been difficult to get through via the phone and the website.

:mental::mental::mental: I still can't get into the website, it's almost humorous really.
I try to log in, it says my password and email don't match. Then when selecting "Forgot your password?", it says my information does not match their records. So, I tried to register AGAIN, and it says my email address already has an account. AAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!
Sent an email on 2/26, so far no response. I'm only 19 days away and can do nothing with my favorites, itinerary, see my reservation, and questioning whether I'll be able to do the online check in process.

I can only sympathise with you as I had just the same problem with DCL last year.
In fairness though they did reply to my email very quickly and after that I managed to get onto their website with no problem!!!

I'm very excited about our upcoming vacation, but will never rely on their website again to keep up with my itinerary, maps, favorites, etc. We'll just have to wait in line like everyone else to check in.
Just spent 30 minutes on hold with Disney, to be told that their IT department will contact me when they've figured out the problem. This started with my first email on Feb 26th. :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown::t humbsdown:
If you've created an intineray or maps, print them before you lose it.
I went through something similar with the DVC website. :sigh: It literally took years for them to sort out the problem and give me access to the members only site.
I know that's not encouraging and you don't have years in this case, just wanted to commiserate with you. :sigh:
