that would have looked so good on my house :sorry: why couldn't they just have auctioned it?

I know, right?
I'm still not utterly convinced it's "real" but it certainly seems to be...
That breaks my heart. I loved the wand.

That breaks my heart. I loved the wand.
Me too :(
I'm a HUGE EPCOT fan and I know most of the purist EPCOT fans hated the wand but I was delighted with it. Really sad to see it go

I was a fence sitter on the wand...I thought it was pretty, but realized it wasn't "true Disney"...but seeing it all mangled and tangled made me incredibly sad...

Oh I liked it a lot. Gave the ball a lot of pizazz!
Of course, I revel in the gloriously tacky.
I was one who really objected to the wand. It looked to carnival to me. :sorry: However, that is incredibly sad footage. :( I would have thought that they would have taken it down in a much different manner. It looks like a dump. :( I surely hope that wherever that mess is they clean it up! (Let's hope it's old footage)?

According to the original poster, it's gone now. Not sure to where, but apparently it was removed shortly after this footage was taken...

What a waste! I didn't like the wand, but wouldn't have wanted it to end up like this. Let's hope they have recycled whatever they can of it?
