Just FYI he still works in the parks in all the areas but no longer gives out any information about parades and fireworks apart from just before illuminations once :unsure:

The boys had I think the only 2 we saw the whole trip and kept getting stopped by everyone as they thought they were sooo cool - especially on the trails in the AK where they talk about every animal.

The CM's said it was a real shame as well and as far as they knew there was no plan to replace him.

Don't understand it really

But fro the time being any you have still seem to be working

i'm toying with the idea of flogging mine on ebay- there's one going for over £30 at the moment :unsure:

Wonder if they're going to do something like the Kim Possible thing at EPCOT at all the other parks? If I remember correctly, many people loved the idea of Pal Mickey, but disliked hauling him around the parks. Something the size of Nintendo DS would be easier to carry, wouldn't it? And they could rent, rather than sell. More $$$ for Disney. :shrug:

We still took ours in 2007 but it sounds like it won't be worth it this year.

Kids aren't bothered but i love having him with me!

So, take him and enjoy him! It looks as though he works for general information, even if he doesn't know what time the 3:00 parade is! ;)

It's usually me who ends up carrying him anyway and it would seem a shame not to take him as he has been on every other trip since we bought him!

We have one, and will probably now just put it with the rest of Tatiana's plushies....

Be sure to take some photos of Mickey 'round the World. Just in case he doesn't make any future visits! :)
