Daniel did exactly that once - took forever to get out, we never did get the stain out of the carpet and when we sold the house used a strategically placed rug :D

when DS14 was a baby i found my friends 2 boys who were 2 & 4 at the time in my bedroom smearing the stuff all over everything they touched on the dressing table.....little horrors! It's amazing how far a tiny tub of that stuff can go!

It looks like Desitin. That is a diaper rash cream sold here and it is very thick and oily. Miserable to get off the child!

Oh god I remember it well.... don't even think leaving it on a shelf helps either, cos the little gets can *bump* their cots across the floor to get at things on shelves....
