Happy Mother's Day everyone!

I got a beautiful teddy holding a flower, a plant pot full of handmade flowers with Owen's little face smiling out from the middle of each one, some flowery cupcakes, a Jackie book (reminding me of how old I am!) and the 45th Anniversary edition of Mary Poppins!

I got my Mum some thorntons chocs, a new purse, a candle and some PJ's! Jade got her the handbag that matched the purse, a photo-frame and a canvas print that she wants (We are re-decorating the backroom.)

Jade got loads of stuff 'from Niamh', and we took Niamh to the zoo today (although she slept right through it, it was more for our benefit than hers lol)

Pics to come

We brought Herself's Mom a bouquet of red roses for "Irish" Mother's Day. She was well pleased and surprised!

Not sure what we'll be doing for her on Mother's Day here (in May).

Hope everyone in the UK and Ireland had a wonderful Mother's Day.

I was spoilt by my two angels.

Robyn got me a beautiful card,a pen with 'My favourite Mum' on it and a little silver heart in a box with 'I love Mum' on it.And best of all she didn't go out with her friends but spent it with me.:hug2:

Jack got me some Daffodils with a card saying 'Happy Mother's day from the luckiest boy in the world' :lipwobble::crywave:,a mug with 'I Love Mum' on it witha little elephant sat in it and 2 lovely cards.

One of the cards had this written on it...

This Is A Story About A Wonderful Mother

This is the story about a mother who has the biggest heart in all the world...
This is a story about a mother who loves without condition and never gives up hope.A Mother who offers all she can give and expects nothing in return.A mother who is loved more than words can express and appreciated each and every day by the people lucky enough to know her.A mother who is a role model,an advisor, and a friend.

This is a story about you,Mum...the woman who does it all fom the person who thinks the world of you.

I love you,Mum

I was a wreck by the time i'd finished reading it.

The thing that meant most to me though was that i spent the whole day with both of my beautiful children together without them arguing!
