I would like some speakers for I pod touch with docking station. I bought one the other day but you can not put the I pod into docking when listning to music as you need to put the connector in the bottom to hear the music. Hope you get my drift not techi like all you lovelys. Is there any speakers that just need to be put into docking to hear the music

A friend of mine has this (http://store.apple.com/uk/product/TS214B/A?fnode=MTY1NDA5Mg&mco=MjI1NzE4OA) for her iPod. Works quite well. Also works with iPod touch and iPhone.
Here's a link to the UK Apple store (http://store.apple.com/uk/browse/home/shop_ipod/ipod_accessories/speakers?n=ipodtouch2&mco=MzE2NjQyNA&s=topSellers) with all the speakers for the iPod Touch.
Hope this helps!

just speakers or something a little more special- the bose systems sound brilliant:unsure:
I have a bose system... its great except the controls dont work with the ipod touch so you have to touch the ipod to change the songs
but its got brilliant sound, its small, and you can un plug it and take it to another room with the built in battery

Some of the newer bose ones will control an iPod touch though, I'm sure. My cheaper Gear4 system does and it was about 1/4 of the price of a bose.
