Be sleeping on the sofa tonight as me little fella went to the vet for annual booster and teeth clean, sadly he lost 3 bottom front teeth and one top fang(he is 12 1/2 ) so he is very groggy and has managed a little scrambled egg(vet recomended). He is on his bed next to the sofa and every now and then i get a little wimper, he has tried to get up and walk about but is so unstable still he just flops back down and wimpers again... so not much sleep for us two tonight:unsure:

Try giving him ENSURE .... it worked wonders for one of my dogs .....

What is it and where do i get it please ?

Keep calm and try to 'ignore' him, I know this sounds horrible but dog's will work themselves into overdrive and get themselves more and more wound-up if you make a fuss, where as if you 'ignore' them they will be calmer.

He will be fine, We need a doggie pixie dust smiley!

Ensure is a beverage meant for old people... there is a childrens version, Pediasure...

I am not sure where to get it in the UK though...

You can buy it as a powder or a ready to drink mix, and it comes in different flavors.

Thanks all...he is a little perky this morning, had some more scrambled egg mixed in his tabs aswell, even got TWO wags of his tail. He wanderd around a little during the night and has sniffles like a cold. Will take him into work and he can lay in the back office with the girls to keep an eye on him...often do this anyway and he has his own "desk" under the account girls desk.......dont know why but she wont let me sit at his desk:sigh:
