NOOoooooOOOOOooooOOOO!!! It will make you feel SO nasty.

You may have ONE square of this dark chocolate. :yes: Sugar is not one of the first three ingredients, so you'll not spike. :D

Yes. :D I've found that if I have just a bit of dark chocolate (high in cacao 60% or more) it doesn't spike the blood glucose. :D World Market makes their own label and the one that I'm currently having a love affair with is their dark chocolate and sea salt. :yes;

Not sure if you have a World Market there, but you should be able to find Scharffen Bergers. :yes: It's made in San Francisco and its dark (bittersweet) chocolate is perfect!
