Does anyone know of a way to have a webcam setup so anyone can log in to it??

im going to a meet for a BBQ on saturday and want to set this up so people who cant make it and other in faraways climes can login and see....the only way i know is thru MSN does anyone know how many can log on to you on that, or any other way

help would be fantastic

The really "in" thing to do is webcast using http://www.ustream.tv/ in fact, I've setup one for the forum for people visiting disney to use so we can stream from our hotels :) I'll definitely be trying it in December from AKL/Contemporary

It's easy to setup.. I dont know if you can have a login/password though or whether just anyone who finds it can join

its not my bbq lol.........thats the whole point of it keith so anyone can see, mind you its a dibb meet thats been arranged for a couple of months, so may not be of interest to anyone here lol....but when i get it set up later i can test it with you to see if it works ok, ok :)

no its on saturday just up the road from me at a dibbers house around 40-50 people going.....thats why we moved here its sooooo quiet

im setting this up again for the weekend but it doesnt seem to be working how it was last year its taking ages to get to where the cam is facing morew than the 5min delay they say it is any ideas?

Well not so much your downstream on this one, but rather more the upstream connection which will probably be much less than 2mb

i set the webcast up on ustream josh last year, and reusing that

connected the lappy to the router direct and the webcast worked so much better only had a few secs delay
