They can see the pub from the bungalow.

They have brought the sun with them so they can stay as long as they like!

somewhere near the pub - stand outside it and shout "DAAAAWNIE - WHERE ARE YOOOOO"

24-05-2009, 09:51 AM
Ahhh, veggies. Good then. The boy won't go begging for some green. :D :D

Well? No photos yet? Surely she can transmit a couple via phone for posting, eh? :D :D

A nice shot of her reading in the cottage would be in order I do believe. :D :D

somewhere near the pub - stand outside it and shout "DAAAAWNIE - WHERE ARE YOOOOO"

It would be just my luck to stand outside the wrong pub!:point:

24-05-2009, 10:25 AM
Or have some guy show up thinking you were shouting, "Donnie!" instead of Dawnie! LOLOL.

24-05-2009, 11:54 AM
Now there's a plan Tink!

24-05-2009, 11:56 AM
Dawn has been caching on Bodmin Moor and has taken lots of photos for Tink.
Having lunch in village tea room now.

She says tell Tink we've used sunscreen and have eaten veggies in the most beautiful woodland glade.

Tons of photos taken already!

24-05-2009, 12:04 PM

24-05-2009, 04:58 PM

24-05-2009, 05:25 PM
No doubt there will be plenty of messages tomorrow!

24-05-2009, 09:14 PM

24-05-2009, 09:27 PM

Dawn has eaten a Pot Noodle :jawdrop:

yeah but, it does have bits of dried peas and carrots in though so it must be healthy

25-05-2009, 01:40 AM
WHAT???? Talk about enough sodium for a small village in CHINA!!!!

:nono: :nono: Extra visit to the MIL for that one! :mental:

25-05-2009, 08:44 AM
I told her today's visit was punishment for having a nice day yesterday and the Pot Noodle!

25-05-2009, 03:02 PM
I'm on holiday I can have a pot noodle if I want. One every 10 years won't hurt.

Have a couple of photos as a taster.

The perfect picnic spot.

And a small boy's reward following a 3 hour hike.

25-05-2009, 03:26 PM
Ooooooh! It looks so nice and green and cool!

You have to live in a desert to appreciate that thought!

Love the way you guys wear out poor Willow!

25-05-2009, 03:32 PM
Haven't got a clue exactly whereabouts they are!

The middle of nowhere. :D

The nearest village is St Cleer I think. We're about 4 miles from Liskeard.

The pub isn't a proper pub. It's the onsite entertainment place for want of a better phrase.

25-05-2009, 03:45 PM
Glad you are having fun in the middle of nowhere Dawn :)

25-05-2009, 03:48 PM
Tomorrow the plan is to head for the coast for a spot of rockpooling and fish and chips in Looe.

25-05-2009, 04:04 PM
Yay we love Looe!

Not been there for a long time.

We are in Liskeard on Wednesday will wave as we drive past!

27-05-2009, 03:11 PM
It's still raining now and very windy.
I was Down dawn's way earlier as i was picking DD up from meeting her work experience placement people.

They were having a pub lunch and heading for Launceston this afternoon.

28-05-2009, 11:37 AM
Tell her I'll trade her two 'gators for two fox. :sigh:

Hopefully today is a better weather day for them. :pdust:

28-05-2009, 12:23 PM
Weather is very overcast today but not cold.

They are at a local beach which was recommended by a local and it is dog friendly. It's about 15 minutes from where we live so i know it well. The houses there are awesome and Dawn wants to live there!

They were sitting in the cafe overlooking the beach last time i heard.
