Has anyone started collecting the disney store pins?
I have 3 so far, I have chosen to only get the limited edition ones.

Oh wow! No, I'm not a pin person (and heaven help me I don't want to become one! I'd go broke! ) but those are really nice. I like the layered dimensional aspects of them.

We just picked up the Mickey Mouse band leader one that you have for our Son today. (He doesn't no it yet).
Have you seen the Winnie the Pooh, Pooh Sticks pin yet? Really cool, the stick actually moves up and down the river!!

I have a few, including the bandleader Mickey - isn't he just lovely? Bought some in the UK stores to trade in WDW, and they went down a treat with the cast members. I had them queueing up to trade for my Bolt pin, but traded with a young boy in the meet and greet line who took a real shine to it!

Didn't think about the trading side of it, I might buy some of the £3.00 ones so I can trade when we go back next year.

That's what we did. The dollar rate was so poor that we couldn't have bought pins any cheaper over there, the £3 UK pins were far better value for using as traders - and the cast members really loved getting a special UK pin.

We heard that you get a free UP pin from the disney store if you see UP at Vue then take your ticket to the store. I have my cinema ticket but haven't been to the disney store yet so will let you know.

However if my sone gets there first we have a rule in our house I cant get the same one so it s afight to the counter lol with my ten year old
I cant start collecting pins as much as i love them - i spend far too much on things i dont really need as it is! They are lovely though!

I will have to work out how to post pictures. My son collects Stitch pins and any of the characters as Star Wars I collect Tink pins. You just collect what you like to be honest the whole idea is its just fun. I didn't think I would get so addicted but it's great.
