anyone used disney magical express without labels?

last year we were sent labels to stick on our cases but disney no longer send them to the uk

I cant see how it is going to work without them though? has anyone been recently and tried DME without luggage labels? do we have to take our bags ourselves up and down all those escalators or can we still leave them for disney to collect and how would they know which were ours ? :unsure:

I havent gotten my labels yet and was kinda paniced...so I called them..They said to keep your claim ticket and head down stairs..they will take the claim ticket and grab your bags and take them to your resort...or you can collect them yourself.
