Online booking for ADR

Apparently Online ADRs will be opening to the General Public at 6AM (EST) or 11.00 (BST) to us. Will this just be for people that are staying on site.

There have been soooo many rumours about this. I spoke to a CM myself last week who said there's a lot of pressure internally to make it available to the public but that it keeps going slow and stopping. They said they'd be surprised if it was available this week (but it could be)

In terms of UK v US, onsite v offsite, again it's a bit unknown. In theory its an interface into the same system you phone so it should be available to anyone but there are mumblings about it needing a US disney reservation number and not even UK ones would work! (other people who've used it, TAs mainly, are saying that you dont need to give it a reservation number at all, it's just easier if you can because it'll know your dates and what dining plans you have)

So it's all a bit up in the air until we actually see it work

No links for it yet. The ones that were there didn't work yet and have been removed anyway

The feedback they're getting at the moment is that it just goes too slow at times to be usable and thats with just internal and TAs using it so I think they're going to try and tune it a bit before letting the rest of us loose on it ;)

Still people are expecting it any time now

The problems I have had with phoning for ADR's this week, I would hate to be trying to do them online :eek:

Every time I have phoned there has been problems with screen freezes or the CM's being unable to access info.

I have the link via my TA site. There are tons of problems with it at the moment. Hopefully they will get them sorted out soon.

I was just on the phone with Disney before I went to lunch and there site was down again.

Well I tried the online system to do my ADR's today. Of course it is not working. I am on hold now.
