There is a zero entry pool that looks like a beach at the resorts across from Boardwalk. Beach Club I think.

Hmmmm. Could you be thinking about FORT Wilderness? I *know* they have a beach.

(not saying WL *doesn't* have one, I just distinctly remember FW having one  )

It *does* although I wouldn't say it's huge! Big enough but not stretching for far like the polynesian does.

It's there though, it's usually quite quiet too :)

Do NOT let her go in the water if the water temperature is 80 degrees or higher.

Amoebas grow in the water at that temperature and have been the cause of children losing their lives. :( :( :( It's not a very often occurrence, but with something like that no one wants to take the chance. Unfortunately, it is happening with greater frequency. :( :(

I hate to be a doomsayer, but it really bothers me that Disney does not post much stronger warnings about staying out of the water on the beaches. :( :(

Thank you for letting me know Tink :hug2:

I wasnt very kin on letting her go in, because being an artificial lake, with boats and waterboats, I figured the water wouldnt be veyr clean.. so now I definetly wont... maybe just her feet if she REALLY wants to...

Just make sure the water doesn't enter her eyes, ears, nose or mouth. :sigh:

Remember too, those lakes have 'gators. Gosh. I sound like a drama queen don't I? :sorry: It's just that I've lived here too long and seen too many tragedies. Now granted, not tracked back to Disney property.
