Great to see it back - adored it last year when they went after the Scottish wildcat and I thought the new team did really well last night , inpressed by the guy who has come out from behind the camera thought he was good value.
As a reult of this programme I buy my own weight in birdseed each month
Anyone else watching?

where's bill oddy?
It was reported that Bill was suffering from depression and decided not to take part in Spring watch this year.
My youngest has decided we need a baby badger as a pet now. lol:unsure:

Yep poor old Bill is not very well at the moment poor chap but chris is doing a good job in his place. I want a baby badger as well. Maybe we'll unblock that hole under the fence
Wiggly Wigglers, the really rural store (http://www.wigglywigglers.co.uk) get a large proportion of my pocket money each month due to Springwatch

Bit too dark I'm afraid , don't want to scare them off with flashes
The site tells me that the videos are not available outside the UK. :( Phooey!

what about a very high iso and shooting in raw - you could try sorting the exposure in dpp:unsure:

Difficult as 1 the longer exposures do blurr a lot as we wouldn't be able to use a flash and 2 shooting through double glazing is not good - but I will have a go

Thats a shame - its such a treat to watch this every night I am always sad when it ends
Bought some insect and suet pellets last night - the baby birds love 'em
Check out the webcams. The kestrel is feeding her chicks. :D
