There is a keynotes speech tomorrow where it is rumoured that the new iPhone will be released and a final deadline given- fingers crossed!

Yes it has video not sure about the camera.
o2 are going to have the phone but it looks like it will be avalible on other networks but car phone warehouse are still the only place to get it, unlike most other phone that you can get in most shops and online.

I guess we'll be upgrading because DW's contract is over anyway so we may as well get a new one with the new version.

I can't say I'm WOW'd by the new one from its specifications though. I guess we'll see what it's like in person

What a load of tosh. It is such a testament to the iPhone that people are willing to pay out for a phone AND a RUBBISH contract, just to own it! Normally, people only go with contracts that have free phones!

Wellllll I agree that the phone should be free on contract and the 16GB (and 8GB old one) are free on 24month (cough). It's definitely an expensive phone to buy

I dont find the contract rubbish though. Unlimited data is brilliant, wifi access all over the place, plenty of texts/calls. There may be better ones out there for other phones perhaps, but I dont think it's rubbish :)

I've been paying £35 a month for as many years as I can remember. It always seems to be the point at which they give what I need. So to be honest, the iphone has been really nice with its unlimited data.

I still think they'll launch a larger iphone "tablet" towards the end of this year or start of next. The web really needs a larger screen than the iphone although heck, the iphone is better than most :yes:

I would like there to be a better 'wide-screen' view of the internet. The current one is awful as its SO hard to see anything, but I much prefer the side-view keyboard.
