Take at look at this: Tips for riding the Eurostar (http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/242298/tips_for_riding_the_eurostar_train.html?cat=16)
they suggest booking with rail europe (http://www.raileurope.co.uk/Default.aspx?tabid=390). or perhaps Eurostar Short Breaks (http://www.short-breaks.com)
If you want to chk out Paris too take a look at this guardian article : Eurostar tips to Paris | Travel | The Guardian (http://www.guardian.co.uk/travel/2007/nov/10/paris.saturday)

If you drive, this (http://www.hotelformule1.com/gb/hotel-2461-formule-1-hotelf1-marne-vallee-collegien/index.shtml) is only 10 mins away and we have always found it very safe and friendly

We've been a few times, where did you want to stay ? The hotels at disney are really nice but more expensive by a mile than the ones a little further out

I would contact Premier Travel on here - they are very helpful and informative and i'm sure they will be able to tell you whether your budget is achievable
