Opening Ceremonies

I know MK and AK have opening ceremonies, but does Epcot and DHS also have them?

If the park opens at 9am, but there are EMH from 7am, is the opening ceremony at 7am or 9am?

DHS had the street performers opening the park when we were last there, some guests were involved although I can't remember what happened to well as we were right at the back so it was hard to see.

Not sure what Epcot does now as I'm sure the character bus doen;t happen anymore :unsure:

Am usually way up by then, but those in my party always tend to drag behind, so I usually miss the cermonies by a few minutes.
