Virgin new buggage allownce for uc and pe

Virgin are cutting their luggage allowance as of September the 23rd

What if you have already booked before this annoncement. Can we still have the luggage allowance at the tim of booking ?

I have lost out big time on this flight as UC lounge is closed for refurb when we fly.

When they did this last time (32-23 for economy etc.) they honoured whatever you had at the time of booking. so although it would be wise to make sure, I'd assume the same is true this time.

:rolleyes008: I suppose it had to come, I guess it's all to do with health and safety.

I think it's pretty bad changing it so that everyone has the same allowance though :shrug:

They have the same allowance but they are allowed 3 bags in pe and uc instead of 2 - or has that always been the case?
I hope they dont lower economy aswell, id struggle getting it below 23kg!
