Best places to watch the fireworks at each park?

Do we have an article anywhere on the best places to go in each park to watch the fireworks?

Not read anything but I can tell you my preferences if it helps.

In Epcot I tend to watch the fireworks from Canada. If you go up the steps to the shop you can stand up against the wall at either side of these steps which means you can rest against it, put your camera on it and you are elevated which gives you a better perspective of the fireworks. Get there early though and don't move! Don't sit on the steps as cast members will move you.

More difficult for the Magic Kingdom. I tend to stand to the right of the castle (as you look at it) on the path leading to Futureworld. This makes for good photographs with the castle in the foreground.

I did read somewhere that watching the fireworks from Frontierland is good but as I've never done this I can't confirm it.
