We are hoping to go camping on the 24th October for 3 nights and was hoping someone might be able to give me a few sites which are good, I don't want anything that like a Butlins or Haven just a nice open campsite. We have been looking at Kent but I'm open to anything.

woodlands in devon is great laura, it also has a theme park bolted on next to it and is free for all campers...id defo go there again :yes:

oh years ago we went there for the day the kids had a blast there was a tabogan type thing there which they loved

i agree tis a good campsite. We went camping last October and it snowed! hope you've got good sleeping bags lol

Yeah a lot are closed or say if weather is bad then it will be closed. maybe I'll to wait till next year.
