Waterford lakes (I think?)

Someone mentioned a good shopping area at I think waterford lakes? does that sound right?

If so, is that a long way from Disney ?

I have heard of waterford lakes but I have never been.

It's on the east side of Orlando. If you took 417 it might take about 30 -45 minutes? Or so? Only ever been by there. Never stopped to do any shopping or looking around.
