thanks Tink. what is the park hours and temps that time of year (normally). Also am i being goofy for stressing over off-property staying?

No. We've stayed off property and it's not so bad. Especially now with the chaos in the restaurants onsite, offsite makes it much easier to find a decent place to eat on the day you want to eat at that given restaurant!

Don't really know the park hours. I'm one of those blithe spirited faeries that shows up when I want to and doesn't pay too much attention to practical matters.

Temps? Not too bad, if they hold generally true. However, this year it got cold and nasty early and long...

But first two weeks in December should be beautiful. Maybe not too much opportunity to swim, but that's a matter of personal preference, eh? I don't go near the water unless it's 95 degrees in the shade and the water temp is about 98 degrees!
