I am so with you on the palm trees, just seeing them from the plane windows is enough to say Fla./Disney for me.

For me it's turning the radio on when you get in the hire car and listening to the lovely american lilt..... aahh I've arrived!

For me its driving along and looking up and seeing the "welcome to walt disney world" sign!
