never been to Flying Fish , but wanted to tell you I'm extremely jealous that I'm not there with you guys again .
Hmmmm...what's the bowl of "our lovely soup?" They change it up on a regular basis (or used to).
I don't care for tilapia, so would give that a pass... do they have any Chilean sea bass on the menu? I like shrimp, scallops, that sort of crustacean seafood. :D
Hope you had something delicious!
It always makes me do a double-take when tilapia is mentioned. It's banned here as a noxious pest because of the threat they pose to native environments.
It seems strange to me - but then I guess it would seem strange to you all for me to talk about eating Moreton Bay bugs. They're not actually bugs, more like a small lobster and very yummy!
Aside from the tilapia all the other choices sound very yummy. Will be interesting to hear what you went with, Becca!
They raise the tilapia there at Disney, I think. They have them in the "Living With The Land" ride at Epcot.
We had the cheeses which were yummy. Becca and I shared the scallops which were cooked perfectly. I had some sort of apple pecan tart with cinnamon ice cream thingie which was lovely. Becca ordered the creme brulee which she noted as the best she has ever had.
Has anyone noticed what the interior of this place looks like? I'll send a picture later and see if anyone notices.
Jazz, I've actually heard of those! I would like to try them one day.
Oh! I love a good creme brûlée. Scallops sound divine. So then, photos ladies? :D
