Some of you may remember that last year I rode the length of the South Downs Way from Winchester to Eastbourne over 2 days.
This is 100 Miles off road on a mountainbike.
Well this year I have decided to go back and do it again in 1 day!
I must be mad but wish me luck, and it is for a good cause.

In fact you could host the celebratory barbecue and all Sussex members will descend on you to welcome Simon. And if the sky is clear we'll look at stars too and stay at your house until 2am. :D
