Newbie from the Lone Star State

Howdy from the Lone Star State. LOL

I never say howdy....

Anyway, I am Melanie and my DH and DD complete my Disney Crew. We love going to WDW and joined the DVC in 2005.

We generally go to Disney in December bc we love the way Disney does the Holidays and bc my daughter and I have issues with the heat. I know we live in Texas and it gets HOT but when it is HOT I am inside in the AC. I can't avoid the heat at Disney. LOL

We just got back from our tree house adventure a couple of weeks ago. DD wanted to share Disney with friends and I wanted to stay in Disney's Treehouses. I think we both got what we wanted. LOL

You are wise to avoid the heat! Christmas is beautiful at Disney. The decorations are fantastic and there are decorated trees everywhere. :D
