Don't rush and try to do everything. You will not enjoy it as much as you would if you take it in your stride. You can go back to do the things you were not able to do.
Many of you will know this but if you want to ride in the cab of the monorail ask the guard on the station platform very nicely if it would be possible. It can usually be arranged.

If you have seen the parades and arent that bothered then go to the biggest rides during that time. Also do the big rides first when there are less queues
Get "The Brits guide to Orlando" you can't go wrong with the busy day guide at the back.
You can use a Fast Pass any time between the start time and the end of the day, i.e. if the Fast Pass says return between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m you can actually return anytime between 10 a.m. and park closing.
