Take 1,050 lbs. of honey, 800 lbs. of flour, 600 lbs. of chocolate, 600 lbs. of powdered sugar, 180 lbs. of apricot glaze, 140 pints of egg whites, 35 lbs. of spices...mix well together with some pixie dust and you get the Gingerbread House at the GF during the festive season. :lol:
It will take you 840 hours [over 2 months to create].
Oh and to finish it off you will also need 5,089 shingles!
And HOW large an oven?! :eek: LOLOL.

Kate, it does smell wonderful!! :yes: During Christmas season, any resort that has a gingerbread creation (and there are some amazing ones, like a working carousel!) the entire area is permeated with the scent of gingerbread. NICE!!!!
