i had a look in the sony shop last week....i couldnt sit with 3d specs on to watch tele. just normal hd will do me when i get a tv that can handle it
Although not CRAZY money, the cheapest I think is the samsung deal, 40" lcd (or 50" plasma) + bluray player + 2 or 3 sets of glasses for about 999. Now, that's about double the cost of an equivalent hd NON-3d set. So it's quite a premium.Quote:

So hmmmmm. All that along with toshiba/sony and others saying it wont be as long as we think until they can do 3d without glasses just makes me wonder if it's worth paying the premium.
havent a clue how they will make you see 3d without glasses :unsure:
im plumping for a panasonic 50" plasma 600hz tv plus a blueray and hopefully a bose sound system shortly after :D
The Nintendo 3DS has 3D without glasses and looks incredible!!
