WDW reported 3 guest injuries in first quarter of 2011
Walt Disney World reported three injuries during the first quarter of 2011, according to new state records.
A 29-year-old woman experienced symptoms of an anaphylactic reaction aboard Splash Mountain; a 75-year-old woman who broke a knee while on the load platform for Peter Pan's Flight; and an 8-year-old boy who fell in the Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure.
To avoid state ride-safety regulation, the major theme parks submit voluntary injury reports to state officials each quarter.
