The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel will be hosting its first Stars and Stripes Celebration during Fourth of July weekend.

This family-friendly event features live music, classic carnival games and recreational competitions, plus a traditional American cookout.

Guests will find favorites, such as hotdogs and hamburgers, barbecue chicken, coleslaw, watermelon, mini apple pies with vanilla ice cream and apple pies.

Plus, who can resist a Super Mac N Cheese station.

The cookout is from 3 to 8 p.m. July 2 at nearby Fantasia Gardens Pavilions and is open not just open to hotel guests, but the public as well.

Tickets are $45 for adults and $25 for kids.
