Bistro de Paris, upstairs behind Chefs de France.
Our favorite used to be San Angel Inn at the Mexican pavilion. It still has the best atmosphere of any of the Epcot restaurants but IMO the food has taken a downturn. Our new favorite is Teppan Edo at Japan.
Via Napoli at the Italy Pavilion was very good.
Bistro de Paris for me :D
have not been to Le Cellier, but LOVED our meal at Bistro de Paris :)
