This July, Santa Claus might just earn the nickname “Sandy Claus” as he ventures to the white sandy beach at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel for a summer getaway with Mrs. Claus. Last November and December, the Clauses left their humble North Pole abode for a vacation at the Orlando hotel before Santa’s big night. They enjoyed themselves so much, they decided to return for the summer as well.

This winter, Santa and Mrs. Claus plan on returning for their pre Christmas Eve vacation when the hotel will roll out a full array of holiday activities. They will include a life-sized sculpture of Santa constructed of 1,200 lbs. of chocolate, an elf bedtime tuck-in service and personal Christmas tree guest room delivery.
