Castaway Cay 5K

Has anyone done this?

Our goal for our January cruise is to be able to make this run. I have lost 32 lbs since this past January and my wife has lost 17 lbs. I would like to lose an additional 30 and my wife another 40. We have read a training regime from the Mayo Clinic and would really like to accomplish this when we go.

Any suggestions?
