Wendy, it would be difficult IMO with mobility issues. Not knowing what your issues are the paths are up and down (the paths are paved but are old), caves to go through (if you choose) and a couple of bridges to cross (again, if you choose).
Can't help as never been before - why do I always forget to have a wander over there!
thx also from me DF that counts me out from going as i have t have a wheelchair around the parks as from last trip. so something else i'll never see :(
There is a rolling barrel bridge. It's challenging for anyone, never mind mobility issues. I am pretty sure you can avoid it though. The island is cute enough, but nothing too terrible to miss. Not a whole lot to do, just poke around in and out of some caves, and on some paths... really could use some updating, to be honest.
Wendy, it's a nice place to visit. We usually go over first thing or just before it closes, if you go when it's nearly empty you can just stroll around slowly. You probably won't manage in the caves but should be okay elsewhere. Oh, and maybe avoid the tilting rock.
I never even realised you could go over there until you mentioned when we were on the riverboat - and that was the first time we'd ever been on there
:D Thank you :hug2:
