Fantasmic Closed for Refurbishment From 5 January – 12 February 2012
Fantasmic at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is scheduled to be closed for refurbishment between January 5th and February 12th.
The first show after January 4th is scheduled on Monday February 13th.
While rumors have been circulating that Fantasmic will undergo a much longer refurbishment that would ultimately change the show’s name and substance, it looks like for now, all we can expect is extensive refurbishment work done to the stage area, but no other substantive changes are expected.

This is the one thing I have wanted to watch every time I have been, but never have.
Is it something I must see? x

IMHO it is definitely something you should see at least once.

I agree, and we make a point of seeing it at least twice when we are over there!
