As long as there is nothing going on I am almost positive that you can visit.
You can definitely visit the Wedding Pavillion if no wedding is taking place at the time.
My DW and I often take a stroll over there when we are staying at the GF and have been in the church many times, and there is seldom anyone else around apart from maybe a cleaner.
There is a great photo location to the right of the church building. This is where the newly married couples pose, inside a rose arch with Cinderella`s Castle at the MK as a backdrop.
yep you can we do it every visit its so peaceful very beautiful place :)
