We stayed at the Poly once, would I stay there again, umm, no  It's a hotel for families with children so you will love it.
There are lots of activities Mari, you will find out more about them when you get to the poly.
When you eat in Ohana's on the night you arrive, look out for the Coconut Racing and Hula dancing, the children love it
We watched the Torch Lighting Ceremony, I think it is about 6pm but it is only on certain days, so you will have to check.
There is also Hula Dancing Lessons, they used to be in the lobby, I don't know if they still do.
Some of the other things that you can do:
Make a nut necklace
Decorating with Hawaiian stamps
Learn how to Lauhala weave
Make a candy lei
Polynesian Storytelling in the Great Ceremonial House
Thank you Wendy :hug2:
Its great to know the types of activities that are available :)
You know how I feel! I absolutely love it! I go there to visit every trip. I don't think it feels dark and oppressive at all.
