I echo all of the sentiments posted here, both about your dad and about the deep and abiding pride and affection he held for you and your family. I have a son who is close to your age, and we would often speak of similar struggles, victories and lessons. You taught him much. And he loved you (all) with his whole being.

Thank you for joining us here and allowing us to remember your father. Though many of us never met him face to face, we held him close in our hearts...and we will continue to do so.

It will be our great pleasure and honor to hear of your upcoming plans for what, I am sure, will be an amazing trip.

Lauren you have written a beautiful tribute to your dad. My wife and I had never met your dad in person but we "knew" him from here and and another Disney site. He seemed like he always lived life to the fullest as much as he could and always spoke highly of you and the rest of the family. We are so sorry for your loss. Your dad will never be forgotten here.

The one thing that 100% shone out from your dad was how proud of his family he was ( if you search his posts you'll find photo's of you in your salon etc) your loss is so massive I don't know what to say that's not already bveen said but just coming on here will help you to know how much he was thought off.

I know how difficult it has been to write these words sweetheart, your Dad was so proud of you as you already know, and he was loved by lots of people here.

I think that planning to carry on with the plans for your trip is courageous and wonderful and he will be with you every step of the way, after all he won't want to miss out on the trip he's started planning :hug2:

Your Dad made a huge impact of lots of lives and he will be missed so much.
