Pasta might be a good bet...something light like Dawn mentioned...with olive oil....Also, some of the markets do a really nice rotisserie chicken on the cheap...match that up with a couple of easy side dishes and you're good to go (though DD might need something different)...grilling chicken or pork is yummy if you have the means...Casseroles would be convenient because you could make several of them up when you arrive and then pop them in the oven when you want them...
