Thing is with this Wen, I dont tend to spec the CPU massively on my laptops because I dont edit video on them and the higher the CPU the hotter they tend to run, the louder they are, less battery life and everything.
So if I had the option, I'd get the base cpu (already very powerful) and spec up the storage and memory which are more important.
Well the ios6 stuff (which we can download today hopefully) will tell us 99% of what the iphone 5 will do. The only remaining things to find out are exactly when it'll come (sept/oct) and what the hardware looks like. I think a bigger screen will probably be the most visible difference
i hope they make it less brick like
US Apple Store is back up and sure enough, you can configure the higher priced new Macbook Pro with the additional SSD but not the lower priced one. Base model is stuck with 256GB.
Also interesting that they've also released an external Apple USB SuperDrive for $79. For those who can't give up their optical disks.
Tom (:macwave:... oh Lord, I want one...)
$3499 for the new Macbook Pro with the slower (2.6Ghz) CPU, 16 GB of memory and, 768 GB SSD.
Tom (:macwave:... do I really need two arms? Or can I sell one and make do with the other?)
I'm so confused now no idea which one to get now
