Bay Lake Tower to Start Offering Check-In Service

From today, 20th Agust 2012, DVC Members and Guests arriving by car or taxi, who will be staying at Bay Lake Tower Resort, will be directed by Security to the Bay Lake Tower lobby for check-in instead of having to go to the Contemporary Resort's Reception.

Unfortunately, Guests arriving via Disney Magical Express will continue to be dropped off at Disney's Contemporary Resort check-in as normal.

This is a phased relocation of the Bay Lake Tower arrival experience for DVC Members and Guests to the Bay Lake Tower lobby. The lobby will be staffed with Front Office Cast Members from 7am to 10pm daily. The Cast will be available to perform all Front Desk and Lobby Concierge transactions including check-in, check-out, ticket sales, dining reservations, recreation and spa reservations and all other vacation planning assistance.

ABOUT TIME TOO!

I know it sounds like a small thing and it's not far to go, but it's a rubbish first impression to have to lug cases back and forth. BLT has a nice lobby and about time they used it

I do :D I love BLT but this December I think we're at the contemporary proper in fact

Yay! that's much better, i think we'll be getting a cab from POFQ to there as soon as we're up and packed. :wiggle:

I know exactly what you mean :lol: when I mentioned it to Chris the first thing he said was what has a sandwich got to do with it :lol:
