which resorts have you stayed at?

and will be staying at Art of Animation Little Mermaid in October.

Our favorite is Animal Kingdom Lodge.

We've stayed at:

• Port Orleans Riverside (even when it was Dixie Landings)
• Wilderness Lodge
• Pop Century

Tom (:macwave:... but POR is our favorite!)

Now that we own a villa on Orlando, I doubt whether we will be staying at many WDW resorts in the future [apart from the GF which is like home from home to us for a few days each time we visit].
The only other resorts that we have stayed at are OKW and WL, apart from VB on a couple of occasions.

The Wilderness Lodge was my dream resort and it lived up to my expectations. Absolutely lovely!

I've only stayed at the Polynesian, I'd always wanted to stay there and was really disappointed with it when I did, it didn't live up to my expectations :shrug:

I think the polynesian was the most disappointing. Once outside the lovely lobby, the rooms were very normal and unremarkable for the cost.

All star movies though the cheapest provided such wonderful memories and atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The wilderness lodge will always be my fave :yes:

My fave for theming is animal kingdom lodge. For location is the contemporary

The most disappointing for me too was the Polynesian, it was before the refurb and there was a smell of sewerage in the room.

We stayed after the refurb and the smell of sewerage was one of our biggest complaints, not that anyone listened :shrug:
