I don't see why not.
It s a 2 credit table service after all.No different to Jack ordering the most expensive $30 steak on a 1 credit.
I didn't think there were any exceptions in the DDP?

You sure can. We loved the restaurant and the lobster was so good. Make sure you have the almond crusted cheesecake too. IMO it is the best dessert in WDW.

Well if you do a search you'll find a lot of threads on the subject but basically, the service and quality of the restaurant are highly variable. In recent years, things have gone down even further meaning that although the occasional nice experience is possible, a poor experience is more likely.
(and when I say poor service, I mean REALLY REALLY awful service)

It was lovely when we went in 2006, had a brilliant server who made sure everything was perfect for us.
