Why wouldn't a man be allowed to dress up as a woman?

I would like to challenge Disney on that one, I'm sure I'd be able to go as Peter Pan or a male pirate.

Tinkerbell flying from the castle was a Tinkerbill at one point. Until our fantastic cameras were able to get evidence of it.
