Bistro de Paris at World Showcase to Re-open with New Name

Bistro de Paris closed a while ago at the French Pavillion in World Showcase at Epcot for a complete refurbishment.

It seems that the restaurant, which is expected to re-open early December, will be called Monsieur Paul when it re-opens.

Paul? As in Paul Bocuse? :unsure:

Yep. I did some snooping and it is Paul Bocuse. I hope whomever decided on the name is ready to deal with the many mispronunciations of M'sieu! Mon sewer is the most frequent version, I hear. :rolleyes:

Let's hope the offerings live up to the name.

Sure hope it does Tink. We have an ADR there in Feb.

I loved the name Bistro de Paris!

Hope the food is good enough to merit a name change!
