Keith, we have eaten twice at the Brown Derby since they got the new chef and changed the menu. It was wonderful both times and certainly a HUGE improvement over what they had there before.

Sitting here at the California grill with a glass of champagne and watching the castle change colour does it get any better ?

Hoping to do that from our room next week :)
