ESTA - worried

I'm a little worried i've done the application wrong. I probably shouldn't have left it so late either :(

Just applied online and paid the $28 and its now saying they need to review it and to come back within 72 hours. The previous application I did was accepted straight away.

Should I have gone into my previous application and just amended it rather than start a new one, I'm worried now :unsure:
